The “Design Blueprint” is a rare item in Dark War Survival. You will need it to upgrade your APC once it reaches Level 4. Upgrading from Level 1 to Level 4 only requires “Titanium Alloy” and “Vehicle Parts.”
However, after reaching Level 4, you must use a “Design Blueprint” to continue upgrading your APC. This makes the “Design Blueprint” an important item for advancing your vehicle.
